Your master profile is a row in your account. Tailored CVs are outputs of it. Nothing about you is in the product code.

## What is stored for you

Jobbaloo stores your master profile, CVs, letters, saved jobs, applications and mail drafts, and uses them to run the app. Your texts reach a model only when you connect your own AI. The search, scoring, CV engine and interview rubric run in the app.

A few files and keys have their own rules:

- **Original CV.** One PDF of up to 10 MB. The file is checked in your browser and again on the server before it is stored. You compare it side by side with a tailored version. See [Master profile](/docs/master-profile/).
- **Resend key.** Sealed when you save it in Mail settings. Jobbaloo never sends with a key of ours. See [Set up sending](/docs/mail-setup/).
- **API key for your AI.** Shown once, when you create it under **API keys**. It acts in your account. Revoke it in the app when you stop using that client. Do not paste it into a chat.
- **CV links.** `cvs list` and `cvs get_link` open a version in Jobbaloo after you sign in. The links are not public.

## Export and deletion

The app has a data export. It also has an account deletion that erases your CVs, applications, mail and jobs, after a two-week grace period.

The [privacy statement](/privacy/) on this website covers the website, and it is a draft until a lawyer has reviewed it. Using Jobbaloo after sign-up is covered by the product's own terms and privacy statement, shown in the app when you are invited.
