Start
Getting started
Your first hour in Jobbaloo: fill your master profile, run a search, read a score, tailor a CV for one posting and put the application e-mail in your outbox.
Master profile
How the Jobbaloo master profile is structured: skills with aliases and evidence, roles with engagements, projects, languages and rules per country, plus import and the original CV.
Languages and countries
How Jobbaloo chooses a document language, hides a posting that asks for a language you do not work in, and applies your rules per client country.
Search
Searching
How the Jobbaloo search works: the twelve boards, filters, deduplication, the explained fit score, office days, saved searches and what to do for boards without public data.
The morning digest
Opt in to a daily digest of strong new matches: saved search, an hour in your time zone, a rate floor, and optional saving to your pipeline.
Paste a posting
How to bring a LinkedIn, Upwork, Malt, Hays or Striive posting into Jobbaloo with the paste box or jobs save, without scraping those boards.
CV
Tailoring a CV and letter
How Jobbaloo tailors a CV and cover letter for one posting from your master profile: key qualifications, the truth check, languages, versions and the offline engine versus your AI.
Designs and exports
Choose a CV design, a length and a density, compare with your original CV, and download PDF or DOCX. Set an account default and override it per posting.
The truth check
What the Jobbaloo truth check allows on a CV, a letter and an e-mail: source lines, numbers and skills, and the sentences that are free to write.
Apply
Applying and the outbox
How Jobbaloo application e-mails work: draft, read, approve, scheduled delivery in business hours, cancelling, replies matched to threads, and the pipeline.
Set up sending
Set up application e-mail in Jobbaloo: your own Resend account and verified domain, the key in Mail settings, delay and limits, and forwarding replies from Gmail.
Interview rehearsal
Practise interview questions drawn from a real posting, one at a time, with answers marked against a published rubric. Marked against a published rubric.
The pipeline
How a Jobbaloo posting moves through stages on Tracked: saved, drafted, applied and interview, what Today counts, and which version an application keeps.
